The June issue preview

The June 2008 issue is packed to bursting with goodies including the following reviews -

  • Fieseler Storch - David Ashby flies VMAR's new scale electric bird
  • AT-6 Texan - The new addition to the Seagull EP range
  • Oxalys 50GP - Mark Doyle steps up to the Kyosho aerobat
  • LA Racer 40 - The attractive low-wing i.c. trainer/aerobat from World Models
  • Extra 260 - Fast and furious - one of Overlander's new electric range is on test

We've lots of great features including a full photo report from the RAFMAA 2008 invitational event while Tony Nijhuis finishes his Cold War dogfight double build instructions and flies the models. Alex Whittaker has some advice on ensuring ARTF longevity in Living with ARTFs while in 'B' Prepared Andy Ellison explains how to fly the stall turn and spin manouevers for the BMFA 'B' certificate test.

We've our usual blend of great columns - Nigel Hawes flies the Pitts, builds a Yak and highlights an interesting adjustable electric motor mount. Andy Ellison shows how you can have a glider for every weather condition in On the edge while Brian Winch offers advice on running-in engines in his Wizard of Oz column.

The free plan this month is Funterceptor a new design from Chris Reid. Many readers will recognise the design which is based on the classic Frog Interceptor and this easy to build park-fly model looks good and flies very well.
Funterceptor is great for some lazy relaxed park flying!

Be sure to pop along to your newsagent or model shop and pick up this latest issue of RCM&E for just £3.80. Better still, why not save yourself some money over the long run and subscribe?
