Based on the full size McDonnell Douglas MD520N helicopter, E-flite’s new Blade CX3 comes as a complete ready-to-fly package with everything needed including the RTF helicopter, battery, charger and transmitter.
The semi-scale helicopter uses E-flite’s 3-in-1 control unit featuring a combination of main rotor mixing, main motor electronic speed control and a heading-lock gyro, all coupled to a Spektrum AR6100e 2.4Ghz receiver and enclosed in an attractive lightweight pre-painted polycarbonate scale body shell with the unique rotor-less tail seen on the full size machine.
The CX3 is compatible with most CX2 spare parts and will complement the CX2 rather than replace it. The RRP is £159.99.
