Available RTF or without a Tx and Rx, this new five-channel foamy fighter from E-Scale is supplied complete with a 2.4GHz R/C system RTF. The 41″ span model should weigh in at the 2lb mark and the 1050Kv outrunner and 3S 1650mAh Li-Po provide the urge using an attractive 11″ four-blade prop. Worth noting is the fact that the beautiful scale prop should be available as a separate item we’re told, something small warbird flyers might like to note in view of the unusual nature of the item.
Retracts, doors etc. come as standard and the model can be converted for flaps by fitting two extra servos and cutting the moulding panel lines to free up the control surfaces. The wide fuselage makes the model quite imposing helped by the matt-effect transfer decals.
This P-47 is available RTF with 2.4GHz radio for £179.99 or with all servos, motor, 25-amp ESC and battery (but requiring a Tx, Rx and battery charger) for £129.99.
