GREAT CHARGER, IDEAL FOR USE AT HOME OR AT THE FIELD

Strengths:

The Ultra Duo Plus 50 is a big charger, and the features are endless. My first trials were using the Automatic settings on the charger and it easily coped with the packs I gave it. Later attempts were by entering the various packs into the memory, labling each one so I can use the same memory again. this allows you to keep track of the performance of each pack over a period of time.

Weaknesses:

On mains there is a maximum of 250 watts, so you can only charge two 5S packs at 3 amps each. On 12v supply as long as your battery is up to the job, it charges at over 4. 2 amps. If you are like me and trys to use a device, and only after failing read the manual, then you are going to hate this.

Overall:

Great Charger, ideal for use at home or at the field, with a range of features many of us will never use, but still nice to have them. One very small compaint. . .
