Strengths:
Strong, nice to build & flies well. Interesting hand drawn plans with construction information. A good practical size. .
Weaknesses:
Not much really. Some parts - such as wing tips need quite a bit of shaping with razor plane & sanding block. Wing seats need to be carefully trimmed to suit the wing section. New builders wanting the instructions to be a detailed construction guide should try something else first.
Overall:
Luckily for some of us there are still traditional kits like the Magician available despite the rise of the ARTF. All builder's kits need care taken in construction & the Magician is no exception. Built correctly it's a superb model. A trad.
