Strengths:
Small enough for in sports halls, stable enough for outdoors. . . .
Weaknesses:
Others have reported quality problems, mine looks OK so far. . . .
Overall:
Neat little package I bought mine on the strength of my 300x, which is great but a bit intimating indoors and my 120SR a bit boring. I struggled to get it to bind to my DSM2 Dx6i until I read on the forums that some people had to have the tx aerial almost touching the Rx attenna and that worked. 2nd problem was that it tipped over when trying to lift it slowly off the ground, again resorting to the forums they recommend that a quick lift off is required and this seems to have done the trick. Only hovered it outdoors for now (I'm still a heli novice) but it does seem locked in once off the ground, can't wait for the next indoor session.

Strengths:
Great potential, but currently completely wasted by atrocious quality control. My one is trying to shake itself apart, believed an eccentric tail drive shaft. Another I have seen had that shaft installed the wrong way round and so it was dragging on the cross shaft. .
Weaknesses:
BUILD QUALITY ISSUES BUILD QUALITY ISSUES Oh Yes, and BUILD QUALITY ISSUES!!!!. . . .
Overall:
Read the Heli Forums and you'll quickly find many many many people struggling with performance debilitating vibrations not just a result of a too high gyro setting. Second batch seems worse than first. . .

Strengths:
this is the perfect indoor outdoor fun machine it does what the mcpx promised. flips and rolls at will. i have to add great aftersales from Horizon who replaced both of my faulty ones. .
Weaknesses:
issues i bought 2 as they are going to be thrashed the first needed adjustment to the linkage rod lengths to level the swash not rtf the second has a massive tail wag my next job is to adjust the gain otherwise it will be returned. battery size and price for original + plastic parts costing more then my trex 250 spares also watch out as the motor run extremeley hot fit a heatsink these are available but should be standard. one of mine has to go back with extreme tail wag i love the heli BUT QUALITY CONTROL COME ON HORIZON the one i sent back i now have to wait for the next batch to arrive they really have to sort out quality control if they wish to sell these. i have now received a replacement for the one i sent back but also now sent back the 2nd one i purchased i hope this one comes back quicker as they keep running out of stock.
Overall:
its the flying why this has me transfixed, it loops and rolls at will. i needed a practice heli that could be used both indoors and out. it flys easily outdoors in a breezy day. i have had two mcpx's v1 and v2 both useless.
