Strengths:
Light, cheap(ish) and with superb JR DMSS tech, with telemetry. plenty of mixes. The perfect DLG radio? Also, the dry cell battery makes it an excellent 'travel radio'. .
Weaknesses:
None, at the price. . . .
Overall:
I love this radio. I own a 12X and a 28X and whilst they are entirely different kettles of fish, the XG6 hits the spot on many different levels. If you don't need more than 6ch, or if you want a radio to take abroad (with your Alula Trek) with excellent DMSS RF link and telemetry, why chose anything else (it's small, comfortable in the hand, light weight, but feels better built than the competition, too. .
